WHY WE EXIST
At a large restaurant group, someone’s job is to pull the exports every morning, reconcile them, and tell leadership what moved before service. At an independent restaurant, that job falls to the owner or the GM, at the end of a long day, with five systems that don’t talk to each other.
So problems hide. Labor creeps over target for three Tuesdays before anyone notices. A note in the group chat about a broken walk-in gets buried. The numbers that matter show up at month-end, when it’s too late to fix them.
Rivvena exists to take that weight off. It watches the numbers, catches what’s slipping, and makes sure the right person fixes it, so owners and managers can do what they got into this business to do: take care of people.
